Having been a practitioner of traditional Chinese medicine for over 18 years I also love sharing information about our amazing bodies and how to tap into our innate ability to be happy healthy humans on all levels - emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually.

It's a great book for teaching children of all ages about why choosing and eating healthy food is so important for physical,mental and emotional well being. And on the flip side Grow Me Well also teaches the reader with the help of some really great drawings, why processed and junk food is so detrimental to our long term health. You can have a look inside the book here.
 
I'll be blogging about many of the topics we cover in Grow Me Well like balancing blood sugars naturally, using our 3 brains for increased intelligence and which of Mother nature's foods boost our energy and concentration. Munch and Kin For the first time we had Dietlind Wagner

(dedelive.com) and her puppets "Munch" and

"Kin" introduce our new book Grow Me Well

with a funny skit. I'm still laughing about the

line Kin said:

"You have to look after your NUTRITION you know." 

"My NEW WHAT ?" asks Munch
